Technology needs to be incorporated into real life in a way that will enhance the experience of interacting with our physical world. For instance, parks and nature preserves could invest in digital signs with interactive material. A visitor would be able to look through a seemingly transparent display that uses the natural world as the background. A few virtual controls on the signs allows viewers to project animals and plants onto the background with narration. Points could be given for answering questions correctly. The points would then be traded in for prizes or coupons from local merchants. Moving from one kiosk to the next will ensure that visitors get exercise and experience nature at the same time.
There is so much technology offers us. We need to explore ways it can enrich our lives, not remove us from it. The staff at WGS Engraving is constantly on the lookout for technology that will enhance our interaction with the world around us. Signs are a source of information. The more innovation that goes into them, the greater the amount of information that can be gotten from them. If you have an idea for signage that you would like to explore further, please contact us; run it by our staff. We have the capabilities to create many forms of signs. Perhaps your innovative thinking could change the way we see the world.
